This room shares a full bathroom with Nemo room, so is ideal with friends or family travelling together. It has a double bed and overlooks the pool area through large windows.
All three of these upstairs rooms share a communal lounge with a plasma screen TV, surround sound with a dual decoder, which is situated on the same level.

| Terms and Conditions: |
| 1. The rates above are quoted per person per night, with a minimum of 4 (four) guests and a maximum of 12 (twelve) guests. |
| 2. The accommodation sleeps 12 (twelve) people and this number may only be exceeded with the written consent of the Sea Breeze. Should such consent be given, Sea Breeze reserves the right to increase the rental accordingly. |
| 3. A minimum stay of 2 (two) days is required. |
| 4. The rates are subject to change at any time by the owner's discretion. |
| 5. Children of all ages are welcome. A reduced rate for children under 12 is available when they are sharing with their parents; please request a quote. |
| 6. Sea breeze is booked out as an entire unit, offering guest's use of the entire house and complete privacy. |
| 7. The deposit (50%) is due immediately to secure the booking, and the balance (50%) is payable on, or before arrival. |
| 8. Book in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. Arrangements can be made for earlier arrivals and later departures on request. |
