Decorated in shades of white, with percale bedlinen, this room, with it's en suite bathroom (shower), can have either an extra-length king sized bed, or twin beds.
The fully equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery together with a table and chairs, comes in handy if you're just too exhausted from the day's activities to go out and eat!
For your entertainment, there is a TV and DVD player, as well as our wi-fi adsl internet access if you have your laptop with you. There is also a safe.
Double doors lead out onto a private patio which is surrounded by fynbos .... table and chairs (and sun-loungers) make this an ideal spot to enjoy morning tea and sundowners!
Finally, for the beach ... towels, umbrella, and beach chairs also form part of this room

| Terms and Conditions: |
| 1. The rates above are quoted per person per night, with a minimum of 4 (four) guests and a maximum of 12 (twelve) guests. |
| 2. The accommodation sleeps 12 (twelve) people and this number may only be exceeded with the written consent of the Sea Breeze. Should such consent be given, Sea Breeze reserves the right to increase the rental accordingly. |
| 3. A minimum stay of 2 (two) days is required. |
| 4. The rates are subject to change at any time by the owner's discretion. |
| 5. Children of all ages are welcome. A reduced rate for children under 12 is available when they are sharing with their parents; please request a quote. |
| 6. Sea breeze is booked out as an entire unit, offering guest's use of the entire house and complete privacy. |
| 7. The deposit (50%) is due immediately to secure the booking, and the balance (50%) is payable on, or before arrival. |
| 8. Book in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. Arrangements can be made for earlier arrivals and later departures on request. |
